WHO THE F**K IS THAT GUY:
Unless you’re really deeply into the music scene, you probably don’t know who Michael Alago is? Neither did I. If I told you he was the who had a big influence in making Metallica mainstream, would you believe it? It’s the truth and you can hear it from the band members themselves in this documentary. Alago was just a gay Puerto Rican kid from Brooklyn that loved music and had a big dream. He went on to reinvent the musical landscape, first as a booker, then as an exec. The film has some really cool testimonials from Metallica, Cyndi Lauper, White Zombie, John Lyndon and more. The rise of man is really unique and the documentary does a good job of detailing it.
