Clint Eastwood is unbelievable. The man is over 90 years old and still starring in major features and delivering outstanding performances. There is no one like him. In Cry Macho Eastwood dazzles as a retired rodeo star that hired to reunite a young boy with his father.
Eastwood has been selecting some interesting characters and his role in Cry Macho is yet another one of those. The film has touching and good natured feel to it. The cinematography by Ben Davis is stunning. This movie is slower paced and doesn’t have a ton of drama or action, so it might not be for everyone. But if you value good storytelling, top-notch acting and fantastic cinematography, this film is for you.
