SEMPER FI:

Brotherhood and serving your community. Which one triumphs the other? That’s the question that Cal (Jai Courtney) faces in the movie, as he weighs between family loyalty and code of honor as he attempts to protect his troubled brother Oyster (Nat Wolff).

This is a gripping story of family bond and sacrifice. It’s a timely film as it deals with issues of PTSD and prison laws. I really liked the cast of this movie with some proven talents, such as Wolff, Courtney, Beau Knapp and Leighton Meester. This is an intense movie based largely on the subject nature.

I liked the fact that the film is a potential conversation starter on real societal issues facing us. The co-writer and co-producer is Sean Mullin, who was one of the first aid responders during the tragedies of September 11th. Definitely a movie to check out.

SEMPER FI is out now in select Theaters, Digital and On Demand
