SUPER TROOPERS 2:
The Broken Lizard team made us wait 16 years for a sequel of the cult classic, Super Troopers. The wait was worthwhile. The crazy thing is that there is a generation of teenagers who weren’t born or were infants when the first one released. The most impressive thing about the sequel may be the fact that the movie manages to hold up in today’s society with the humor and yet maintain the same spirit.
The entire Broken Lizard team is back for the sequel and are joined by Rob Lowe, Bryan Cox and Lynda Carter who co-star and leave you with some memorable scenes. The biggest star of all might be the grizzly bear, who steals the movie with an unforgettable scene. Whether you’re new to the Super Trooper franchise or a original fan, this movie holds up and promises to deliver non-stop laughs. If you’re especially a fan of outrageous and gross out comedy, this is a can’t miss movie. Super Troopers 2 proves that it’s never too late to make a successful sequel.
