The Bella’s are back for a final hoorah. Yes, the final dance number in the Pitch Perfect trilogy comes to a fine tune. The Bella’s are done with college and each went their separate ways into the real world. They reunite for a USO tour for their final knockout performances, but in typical Bella ways there is a lot of drama along the way. Pitch Perfect 3 has the same spirit of the first two films, lots of crazy antics and still delivers the laughs.
All the actors are back, so the likes of Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp and Brittany Snow are doing their thing. Some of the stunts might be more outrageous than in the previous scene. The exploding boat comes to mind as one of them. Fat Amy is still steals every scene she’s part of and just does things that you can’t help but laugh at. For the final film, I felt they did the franchise justice with the characters and story. It stayed true to the core of what Pitch Perfect and the Bella’s are all about. Fans of the franchise should definitely enjoy the last curtain call, but new fans will definitely have a reason to go back and start watching from the beginning and end it on a high note. Get ready pitches!
PITCH PERFECT 3is out now on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital, On Demand and Movie Anywhere
