LAST CALL:
Jeremy Piven is resurrecting a family bar. That’s part of the premise of Last Call. Additionally, his character is returning back home to Philly to rediscover himself after a funeral. He has to face old friends and a former crush.
This is a feel good, enjoyable film. Fun and with a solid message. It also has a really talented cast, with the likes of Bruce Dern, Taryn Manning, Jamie Kennedy and Zach McGowan.
It’s about friends and what it means to be home among people who know you best. It’s definitely one of those under-the-rada films worth checking out.
LAST CALL is out now on DVD
