January is coming to an end, so while the first month of 2020 is behind us, here is a look back at must-see movies that released this month on blu-ray, dvd and digital.
PARASITE:
This movie is receiving the most buzz in this awards season and might even be the first one to win both the Best Foreign Feature and Best Feature categories. Needless to say, Parasite is taking making a mark.
The story is a deep dive into the world of poverty colliding with wealth and the commentary on social classes. Bong Joon Ho delivers a compelling story of seemingly unlikable characters that you can’t help but be mesmerized by.
Parasite is funny, twisted, intriguing and unique. It’s the kind of movie that will make the most averse to subtitles, relish in them. Parasite is a definitive must-see movie, especially in this awards season. The hype is real and warranted.
