THE SHOW:
A farfetched concept that seems all too realistic is exactly what takes place in The Show. Josh Duhamel plays a sleazy TV host who is part of unveiling a new reality show idea of committing suicide on television. This is a scary concept, but with the ridiculousness of today’s reality shows, unfortunately this scary concept can’t be dismissed so we get a preview of it in this film. This film is definitely compelling and engaging. It’s hard to turn your attention away from all that ends up transpiring. Duhamel is joined by James Franco and Famke Janssen in the cast and directed by Giancarlo Esposito. There are a few big WTF moments and the craziness of the concept makes it even more fascinating. You will be entertained, even if it’s in a twisted way.
