Tom Hanks, Emma Watson and Bill Paxton (in one of his final roles) star in this techy themed sci-fi thriller. Watson stars as a woman who gets a dream job at a major tech company, but she uncovers that their latest invention will affect mankind in a worse way then they can imagine. This is a very millennial kinda movie. In a day in age of social media and technology, teens and young adults can especially relate to the content. There are some really interesting debates and issues that the movie brings forth, such as, is too much technology bad for us? It also asks a question if having our lives transparent to the public can cause more harm than help? I enjoyed the topics of conversation this movie posed. It’s current and relatable. While the story is somewhat convoluted, it’s the theme and subject matter that resonates.

Once upon a time I watched Monday Night Raw on Monday nights. By coincidence I ended up hooked on The Bachelor/Bachelorette. That lead to a Blog at Chicago Now called Bachelor Universe and a podcast of the same name. Now, I've decided to spread my wings and create this site that can be your Bachelor/Bachelorette destination. Aside from The Bachelor, in my personal life I'm a bachelor myself. Looking for the love of my life (not handing out many roses). I'm an avid animal lover. Have a rabbit and two turtles. I'm a film critic and co-founder of the Chicago Independent Film Critics Circle (CIFCC). Lover of sports. Currently residing in the suburbs of Chicago (my hometown).
