Morena Baccarin is no stranger superhero franchises and action flicks. It’s no surprise she play a badass chick in Fast Charlie, alongside Pierce Brosnan. I spoke to Morena about her role in the film, working with Pierce Brosnan and James Caan, her first time meeting Ben McKenzie, plus an update on Deadpool 3.
REAL TALK:
Morena was great. Transparent, chill and engaging. It was my first time speaking with me. Been a fan of her work since the days of “V”, which I mentioned to her. Obviously her role in the Deadpool movies resonates with most fans.
We managed to cover a lot of ground in the 10 minutes we had. I loved the story she shared about meeting Ben McKenzie for the first time when she guest starred on The OC. Ironically, they connected years later on Gotham and spark flew then. Can you imagine that Ben kinda brushed her off? I’m sure he realized the blunder, but Morena didn’t forget.
Looks like Morena had a great experience on Deadpool 3 and she definitely made it seem like the fans will love the film. I’m so excited about the film!
Fast Charlie was a fun action thriller, Morena and Pierce knocked it out of the park.
