Emilia Clarke Goes Dark and Gritty in the Trailer for ‘Above Suspicion’

Well this one came out of left field. I haven’t heard about this film till I saw the thrilling trailer that dropped for Above Suspicion. An intriguing big name cast starring Emilia Clarke, Jack Huston and Johnny Knoxville. I’m intrigued.

This film looks good. I’m a HUGE Emilia Clarke fan, but I can’t remember seeing her in a gritty and seemingly dark role and film like this. I mean she’s this bubbly sweet girl in romantic movies (GOT aside), that I’ve grown accustomed to seeing her in. Johnny Knoxville is taking another serious role, and I like it. I always found Huston to be an underrated actor, I’m interested to see him in this film.

The trailer leaves you with enough of the plot to have an idea what’s it about, but leaves out enough to keep you intrigued without spoilers. This is the kind of crime drama I’m all about. I’m really excited about this film. If the trailer is any indication, it should be a good one!

‘ABOVE SUSPICION’ will be available in Select Theaters and Everywhere You Rent Movies on May 14th; on Blu-ray and DVD May 18th!
