I really enjoyed the tension and terror of 47 Meters Down. So would 47 Meters Down live up to its predecessor? Yes it does. The second movie in this budding franchise introduces us to a new group of girls attempting to do a deep dive. This time around they explore an underwater Mayan City.
Uncaged might have even more claustrophobic and tension packed moments than the first 47 Meters. Its’ non-stop shark terror. It’s the kind of movie that gives you goosebumps and makes you feel uneasy watching it in the theater or at home.
The underwater world is fascinating to watch, but also intense when you have deadly sharks swimming around looking for blood. I enjoyed the cast and the fresh faces in this film such as Sophie Nelisse, Corinne Foxx, Brianne Tju, Sistine Rose Stallone and Brec Bassinger.
If you saw the first film and were entertained, Uncaged will have a similar effect. It’s an intense heart-pounding thriller that delivers on the premise. Uncaged is like shark week with a bloody bite.
