The Candyman Experience Coming to Chicago

The highly anticipated Jordan Peele’s Candyman will hit theaters nationwide on August 27. Those of you in Chicago will get a special opportunity to experience Candyman live. Wonder what would happen if you said “Candyman” five times in front of a mirror? Well you can try and find out this weekend from 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm on Saturday, August 21st and Sunday, August 22nd in downtown Chicago.

The Candyman interactive pop-up will be available for fans to experience. Details below:

“SAY IT. I DARE YOU!” CANDYMAN EXPERIENCE

ARRIVES IN CHICAGO, SATURDAY AUGUST 21 & SUNDAY, AUGUST 22

WHAT:                   The CANDYMAN “Say it. I Dare You!” challenge is an interactive pop-up experience.  Guests are invited to enter a dark room where they are challenged to stand in front of a mirror to repeat the name “CANDYMAN” five times.

                               In Candyman, the new Universal Pictures and Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures film from Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions (in theaters Aug. 27), Candyman is an urban legend, a supernatural killer with a hook for a hand summoned by anyone daring to say his name into a mirror five times. Do you dare?

WHEN:                Saturday, August 21st, 2021 from 12:00pm – 8:00pm

                              Sunday, August 22nd, 2021 from 12:00pm – 8:00pm
