As Holiday season quickly approaches, you might be missing out on some good home entertainment movie releases. Here is a list of movies you should see that you might have missed since Halloween.

THE MEG:

So the summer movie season closed out with a killer shark. Not quite Jaws, but if you mixed Jaws with any of the Piranah movies, you’d get a good idea what The Meg is all about. Action star Jason Statham is tasked with taking out a giant killer shark. Not quite what Statham is known for on-screen.

The movie is over-the-top, but a lot of fun. It’s ridiculous in the best kinda way. The Meg is just the kinda unstoppable monster that can cause a ton of popcorn indulging destruction a moviegoer craves.

While the bonus features on the Blu-ray aren’t loaded, it does include the following content:

BLU-RAY AND DVD FEATURES:

“The Meg” 4K UHD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD Special Edition contain the following special features:

·         Chomp On This: The Making Of The Meg

·         Creating The Beast

THE MEG is out now on 4K UHD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital

Once upon a time I watched Monday Night Raw on Monday nights. By coincidence I ended up hooked on The Bachelor/Bachelorette. That lead to a Blog at Chicago Now called Bachelor Universe and a podcast of the same name. Now, I've decided to spread my wings and create this site that can be your Bachelor/Bachelorette destination. Aside from The Bachelor, in my personal life I'm a bachelor myself. Looking for the love of my life (not handing out many roses). I'm an avid animal lover. Have a rabbit and two turtles. I'm a film critic and co-founder of the Chicago Independent Film Critics Circle (CIFCC). Lover of sports. Currently residing in the suburbs of Chicago (my hometown).
