Oh, Hi! No, I wasn’t trying to get your attention, it’s actually the name of a new movie that stars Logan Lerman and Molly Gordon. Directed by Sophie Brooks, the dark comedy centers on a couple comes to a familiar relationship crossroads, but deals with matters in a very unusual and unconventional way.

I spoke with Logan, Molly and Sophie about the film. Check out the interviews below.

LOGAN LERMAN & MOLLY GORDON:

I threw them some curveballs and they handled it well. Fun and entertaining interview. They played along with me and I appreciated that. Logan is shyer than Molly, but fun also, nonetheless. These two have a good relationship and chemistry on and off screen. Great casting. Now, I finally know Logan wasn’t named after Wolverine.

Watching it back, I can’t believe Molly suggested I should try “Feeld” for dating? LOL. She not so subtly mentioned it and Logan and I didn’t catch it. Good stuff.

SOPHIE BROOKS:

Sophie did admit to have some Iris tendencies and incorporating some real life experiences into the film. I had a feeling. I found her answer interesting about where she foresees the characters in the future. Sophie did good work with Molly putting this script together and then directing the film.

FILM REACTION:

I really enjoyed Oh, HI! It was funny, dark and at times romantic. A modern film with an age-old-theme. Lerman and Gordon had great chemistry. Put actors put it all out there, figuratively and literally, bold performances.

It’s one of those films that gives you two perspectives and at times you find yourself rooting for the irrational behaviors. It does have a message that should resonate with audiences. Relationship dynamics are complex. Oh, Hi! is an wild, wacky and entertaining watch. When actors commit to their roles like they do here, good things happen.

OH, HI! is out in Theaters nationwide on July 25, 2025
