The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin is taking over Apple TV+ starting on March 1st. Starring the hilarious Noel Fielding, the Dick Turpin adventures take on a life of their own in the series.
Naturally, I had to catch up with the stars of the show, Noel Fielding, Hugh Bonneville, Ellie White, Duayne Boachie and Tamsin Greig. They joked with me, chatted about the show and got some scoops on the wardrobes also. Check out the hilarious interviews below.
NOEL FIELDING & HUGH BONNEVILLE:
Noel is just such a jovial individual. Always smiling and laughing in the interview. Hugh was more reserved but meshed well with Noel. So the best part of the interview was Hugh trying to seriously ponder the hypothetical of Paddington crossover with Dick Turpin. Now that would be something to see. According to the guys the cartwheel is still rolling along somewhere?! Haha
ELLIE WHITE & DUAYNE BOACHIE:
Ellie and Duayne were a blast to chat with. They had great repertoire. Shared many laughs. Fun bunch. Ellie and I were giving Duayne crap for the costume that displayed his gun-how with thee shoulders exposed. Ellie went at me hard about the Christmas tree. Looks like it’s not good luck to have one, at least according to Ellie. Also, learned about their snacks of choice. Fun time. Enjoyed their performances on the show also.
TAMSIN GREIG:
Tamsin is an absolute ball-buster. So wonderfully sarcastic and witty. She had me on my toes during the interview. Plenty of clever one-liners. Giving me crap about the Christmas tree. I loved when she whispered off-camera as if she was breaking the third-wall. Great comedic timing. Apparently the corset was a thing that Tamsin managed to avoid. Fun chat.

The six-episode first season will premiere globally with the first two episodes on Friday, March 1, 2024 followed by one new episode weekly through Friday March 29, 2024
