The Lion King’s JD McCrary on Voicing Simba

I can only imagine how life changing it would be to be notified you will be the voice of Simba in a Lion King movie. That honor went to talented young actor JD McCrary who is the voice of young Simba in the new Lion King live action movie. Reel Talker spoke to JD about voicing Simba and more.

JD is an energetic and mature kid. Very well-spoken and polished. He did a great job voicing Simba and singing in the movie. I still have the songs stuck in my head.
