Maxim Hot 100 has been a can’t miss event and one of the premiere issues of the magazine for 30 years! In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Maxim Hot 100, Berry Bly Productions and Teatro produced a big time event on Friday, August 29th, 2025, at the legendary Eden Sunset, in Hollywood.
Stars, influencers, models, athletes, musicians and guests showed up and showed out. The lux event had all you could ask for, fashion, music and of course, beautiful women. Some celebrity guests that attend included Kendra Wilkinson, Audrina Patridge, Aubrey O’Day and many more. DJ sets featured Neon Pony, Lemon Soda Recording Artist DJ Dantz, and Greg Cerone.

I’ve been a fan of Maxim magazine since I was in high school. The Hot 100 has always been the must-have issue, showcasing some of the biggest and rising female stars in all of entertainment. Additionally, the Maxim party has a huge following and prestige also. It’s one of those must-attend and most in-demand hottest exclusive events to attend.
Thirty years later it’s still going strong. Maxim has staying power and a brand that’s recognizable worldwide. Cheers to Maxim and another year of the Hot 100.
